We’re delighted to share some exciting news with our tenants and wider community! Work has officially begun on the construction of our brand-new treatment rooms, located on the ground floor of Eastham Hall on the Wirral. This expansion is an exciting opportunity to expand our community of healthcare and wellness professionals at Eastham Hall and reflects our commitment to offer professional spaces for growing businesses.
Modelled on our first floor treatment rooms, they have been thoughtfully designed to create a calm, comfortable, and welcoming environment, offering complete privacy for appointments. Each treatment room will be bright, modern and offer plenty of space for treatments and therapies. We have five rooms being developed, starting from £500 per month for our smaller rooms and our largest double room will be priced at £950 per month. Rental will include all utilities, a professional business address, free onsite car parking for you and your clients and use of a shared kitchen area.
Our new treatment rooms are being designed as versatile, professional spaces that can accommodate a wide range of therapies and healthcare services. Whether for physiotherapy, sports massage, counselling, podiatry, wellbeing treatments, or private healthcare consultations, the rooms will provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for both practitioners and clients.
Eastham Hall is located only minutes from the M53 motorway and easily accessible to Birkenhead, Bromborough, Heswall and Ellesmere Port. We have over 85 car parking spaces onsite, plenty for both our tenants and their clients. Our hall is located within peaceful green grounds, offering not only convenience but the perfect backdrop to put your clients at ease.
